Barry Rodger is a Professor of Law at the University of Strathclyde Law School since 1993. He holds academic qualifications from the University of Strathclyde, Oxford University, and the European University Institute. His research focuses on EU/UK competition law, private enforcement mechanisms, and international private law. He directs the Scottish Universities' Law Institute (SULI) and co-edits the Competition Law Review.
