Barbara Seefeld

Barbara Seefeld is a Senior Research Associate at the Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture (HSLU), part of the Institute of Civil Engineering IBI. She holds a Dipl. Bauing. from ETH Zürich (2002) and has extensive professional experience in civil engineering research and academia.

Her career includes roles as a research associate at ETH Zürich (2005–2016) and project engineer at Ingenieurbüro H. Rigendinger (2002–2005). Her research focuses on structural engineering, particularly reinforced concrete strengthening techniques, and academic program development in civil engineering education.
