Dr. Barbara S. White is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of West Florida's Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business. Drawing from over two decades of industry and banking experience with the Colonial Companies, she integrates practical insights into her teaching of Accounting. Her research spans topics such as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), accounting ethics, financial reporting standards, and taxation.
