Dr. Barbara Pavlova is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Medicine. She holds appointments at the Mood Disorders Program within the Nova Scotia Health Authority. Her research focuses on anxiety disorders in individuals with mood disorders, early interventions, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) applications. She leads a pilot study on CBT for social anxiety disorder in bipolar disorder patients and collaborates on youth mental health prevention projects.
