Barbara Michorczyk

Barbara Michorczyk is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Organic Chemistry and Technology, Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology. She holds a PhD in Technical Sciences (Chemical Technology) and an MSc in Oil and Gas Technology, both from the same institution.

Research interests focus on single-carbon feedstock conversion (e.g., OCM), synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts for high-temperature methane/CO2 processes, and coupled reaction systems like OCM with DH or ODH of ethane.

Teaching activities include laboratories for Basics of Chemical Technology and Organic Technology, project work in Technological and Process Design, and lectures on Ecological Hazards, Occupational Safety, and Ergonomics.
