Dr Barbara Menara is a Senior Lecturer in HRM and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Worcester, part of the Department of Management and Finance. She holds a PhD in Applied Social and Economic Research from the University of Essex, alongside an MSc in Social Research Methods and a BA in Social Sciences. Her teaching focuses on postgraduate and DBA students, covering research methods, managing across cultures, and International Human Resource Management (IHRM).
Her research expertise centers on employee engagement, job satisfaction, workplace wellbeing, and turnover, with a quantitative focus on survey methodology, inferential statistics, and panel data analysis. She actively supervises and examines students across undergraduate, postgraduate, DBA, and PhD levels.
