Barbara Kosta

Barbara Kosta is Professor and Head of German Studies at the University of Arizona, with research focusing on gender, ethnicity, and identity in German/Austrian literature and film. Her scholarship examines cultural figures like Marlene Dietrich and Elfriede Jelinek through lenses of feminist theory, transculturalism, and historical memory.
