Barbara D. Miller is a tenured Professor of Anthropology and International Affairs at The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. She directs the Culture in Global Affairs Research & Policy Program (CIGA) and the Global Gender Program. With regional expertise in South Asia and thematic focus on health, gender, and cultural heritage, her work bridges academic research with policy applications.
