Balbir Singh

Balbir Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology and Education at Mount Holyoke College, where he teaches social psychology, statistics, and seminars on stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination. His research examines how social identities such as race, gender, and ethnicity influence interpersonal interactions, with a focus on cross-race recognition deficits and the cognitive mechanisms behind stereotyping.
