Baifu Chen

Baifu Chen is an Adjunct Faculty member at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston, where he contributes to the Department of Management & Leadership. Concurrently, he is a fourth-year PhD student in Management at Rice University, having previously earned an M.A. in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University.

Research Interests: His current work focuses on social evaluations, including concepts like status, reputation, celebrity, trust, legitimacy, and stigma, as well as the impact of digital platforms on modern business dynamics. These interests bridge organizational theory, social psychology, and digital innovation.
