Bader AlAwadhi

Bader AlAwadhi is a Visiting Writer-Poetry at the University of Iowa's Department of English within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He holds a B.A. in English with a creative writing specialization from Loyola Marymount University and an MFA from The University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop. His work focuses on poetry and creative writing, with recent publications in the 2023 Anthology of Driftwood Press and Workhorse. He currently teaches courses in the English department.
