Dr. Azizur Rahman is a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Health and Safety/Ergonomics at RMIT University's School of Property Construction and Project Management (PCPM). His research focuses on occupational health and safety, ergonomics design, workplace wellbeing, equity of working life, and injury prevention. He has extensive industry experience, including roles as a consultant at Consultancy Research and Testing Services (CRTS) and project work in thermal power generation (Skoda Plant, Czech Republic) and pharmaceutical industries (Akzo Nobel, Netherlands). Dr. Rahman collaborates nationally and internationally with stakeholders and actively engages in community-focused risk assessment and mitigation. He teaches courses in occupational health and safety, human factors, and ergonomics.
