Axel Schulte is a Professor in the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering at Bundeswehr University Munich, holding the Professorship for Flight Mechanics and Flight Guidance since 2002. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering from 2016 to 2020 and was a Visiting Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2010.
