Axel Arango Garcia

Axel Arango Garcia is a Postdoc at the Center for Computational and Theoretical Biology (CCTB) within the University of Würzburg, Germany. His research focuses on large-scale patterns of species distributions, diversification, and their evolutionary dynamics over time and space. He is currently investigating the drivers of ecological specialization in Emberizoidea (Aves: Passeriformes).

His projects emphasize linking ecological and evolutionary mechanisms across spatial and temporal scales.
