Awino Hellen

Awino Hellen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, joining the faculty in Fall 2023. Her work focuses on energy use in built environments and its societal impacts, particularly on underserved communities. She teaches design studios and building performance courses.
