Avneet Kaur

Avneet Kaur is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences at Mount Royal University. She joined the department in 2009 as contract faculty and transitioned to a Full-Time Senior Laboratory Instructor role in 2016, teaching laboratory components for six courses across all academic levels. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes fostering a supportive classroom environment where students are encouraged to express ideas and take personal responsibility for self-directed learning, while integrating analytical and critical thinking techniques for problem-solving.
