Avlant Nilsson is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology, Karolinska Institutet. His research focuses on applying interactome-based deep learning to unravel cancer mechanisms, particularly in pancreatic cancer stroma interactions and drug target discovery.
