Avishay Tal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at UC Berkeley, part of the Theory Group. He earned his Ph.D. in 2015 from the Weizmann Institute of Science under Ran Raz, and a Master's from the Technion under Amir Shpilka.
