Austin O'Brien

Austin O’Brien is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Dakota State University’s Beacom College of Computer & Cyber Sciences. He serves as Program Coordinator for the MS in Computer Science and teaches graduate/undergraduate courses in algorithms, machine learning, cybersecurity, and reinforcement learning. His research focuses on AI-driven solutions in cybersecurity, agriculture, and workforce development, often collaborating with students through research initiatives.
