Aurika Paskar

Aurika Paskar is an Associate Professor at the Department of Procedural Law within the Faculty of Law at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (Ukraine). Her academic work focuses on justice, e-justice, ECtHR case law, right to a fair trial, and access to justice.
