Auinash Kalsotra

Auinash Kalsotra is a Professor of Biochemistry and William C. Rose Professorial Scholar at the University of Illinois, affiliated with the School of Molecular & Cellular Biology. His research focuses on post-transcriptional gene regulation in development, regeneration, and disease. He holds roles including Assistant Director of MCB Junior Faculty Mentoring and directs the Kalsotra Lab. His work employs genomic and biochemical approaches to study RNA processing mechanisms in diseases like cancer and metabolic disorders.
