Audrey Falk

Audrey Falk is a Professor at the School of Education and Social Policy, Merrimack College. Her work focuses on community engagement, global education, and equity in higher education. She holds an Ed.D. in Administration, Training, and Policy Studies from Boston University, an Ed.M. in Risk and Prevention from Harvard University, and dual B.A./B.S. degrees in Art History and English Education from Boston University.

Her research interests include college access, family engagement, nonprofit leadership, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Notable projects involve international e-community initiatives, program evaluations on intercultural collaboration, and pandemic-era pedagogy adaptations. She has contributed to over 30 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters since 2010, emphasizing service learning, community partnerships, and digital transformation in education.

Recent work highlights include a 2025 study on virtual community engagement pivots and a 2024 evaluation of global e-cultural learning initiatives. Her scholarship bridges theory and practice, often collaborating with international institutions like UMass Chan Medical School and IGI Global publishing.

• Awards: 2025 Co-Chair of MA Parent/Community Education Council, 2021 Chair Academy Leadership Award, and 2010 Service-Learning Faculty Award.
