Atinuke Adediran is an Associate Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, specializing in the intersection of race, law, and corporate governance. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Sociology from Northwestern University, a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and a B.S. from Long Island University. Her research employs empirical sociological methods to examine corporate social responsibility, diversity initiatives, and legal institutions. Notably, her forthcoming book Disclosureland: How Corporate Words Constrain Racial Progress critiques corporate rhetoric on racial equity.
Adediran has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Fordham University Distinguished Research Award (2023) and a Russell Sage Foundation Visiting Scholar appointment (2024–2025). She previously served as a David and Pamela Donohue Assistant Professor at Boston College Law School and an Earl B. Dickerson Fellow at the University of Chicago Law School.
