Athanasios Petrou

Athanasios Petrou is a Clinical Associate Professor in Surgery at the European University of Cyprus School of Medicine. He holds academic roles including Honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Nicosia and St George's University of London, and has served in the European-African Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (E-AHPBA) Education Committee. His academic journey includes a Medical Degree (MBBS) from the University of Craiova (1999), an MSc in Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Surgery from Democritus University of Thrace (2008), and a PhD in Medicine from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2010).
