Athanasios Mallouchos

Athanasios Mallouchos is an Assistant Professor in Food Analysis at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Agricultural University of Athens (AUA). He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Patras and has extensive experience in both academic and industrial sectors. His research focuses on food quality assessment, metabolomics, antioxidant compounds from plants, microbial and lipid analysis, and valorization of food industry by-products.
