Athanasios Kouremenos

Athanasios Kouremenos is a Professor of Marketing at the Department of Business Administration and Management, University of Piraeus, where he also serves as Director of the MBA in Tourism Management program. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and a degree in Economics from the University of Athens.

His research focuses on quantitative approaches in marketing, particularly in Marketing Research, Data Analysis, Quantitative Methods in Marketing, Tourism Marketing, Retail, and Marketing Information Systems. His work has been published in leading international journals such as the International Journal of Research in Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, and European Journal of Marketing.

The recent publications suggest a consistent focus on empirical and data-driven marketing research, with strong applications in tourism, retail, and industrial markets. His work bridges academic rigor with practical business insights, especially through advanced analytical techniques.
