Astin Shrader

Astin Shrader is a Professor of digital communication at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Atlanta. She holds an M.F.A. in Photography from SCAD and a B.F.A. in Art from the University of Georgia. Her professional background includes roles as a freelance image retoucher and photo editor, alongside academic work.

Her research explores digital communication, artistic photography, and visual storytelling, with presentations at venues like the Atlanta Photography Group. Awards include recognition in the Photographer's Forum contest.
