Dr. Aspen Rendon is a Lecturer in the Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She holds an Ed.D. from Argosy University, an M.A. in Lakota Leadership from Oglala Lakota College, and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies/Elementary Education from Fort Lewis College. As Director of Equity, Culture, and Community Engagement for the Cherry Creek School District (Aurora, CO), she focuses on creating inclusive educational spaces rooted in Indigenous knowledge systems.
