Ashraf Syed Nouman

Nouman Ashraf is an Associate Professor (Teaching Stream) at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He holds an MBA and B.Com from the University of Toronto. His research and teaching focus on leadership, inclusion, organizational culture, and governance.
