Ashley Martin is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford GSB, researching the cognitive foundations of gender perception and diversity interventions.
Research: Demonstrates gender's unique role in social cognition through studies on technology anthropomorphism, organizational language, and cross-cultural categorization. Recent work examines backlash against mental wellbeing prioritization in workplaces.
Teaching: Develops experiential curricula for Managing Groups and Teams (OB 205) and Experimental Research Design (OB 678).
