Ashley Larkin serves as an Assistant Professor of Legal Writing at St. Thomas University College of Law, joining the faculty in 2024 after working as a licensed Florida attorney with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.

Professor Larkin specializes in Criminal Law, Business Law, and Legal Writing, drawing from her practical experience as an Assistant Public Defender and her academic focus on criminal litigation and business law during law school.
