Dr. Asa McKercher is the Steven K. Hudson Research Chair in Canada-US Relations and Associate Professor in Public Policy and Governance at St. Francis Xavier University. A Cambridge-educated scholar, he previously taught at Queen’s University, McMaster University, and the Royal Military College of Canada. He serves as editor-in-chief of the International Journal and holds senior fellowships at the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History and Queen’s Centre for International and Defence Policy.
