Arvind Singhal is the Samuel Shirley & Edna Holt Marston Endowed Professor of Communication and Director of the Social Justice Initiative at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). He holds courtesy appointments as William J. Clinton Distinguished Fellow at the Clinton School of Public Service, Distinguished Professor at Inland University of Applied Sciences (Norway), and Chancellor’s Honorary Professor at Amity University (India). His work focuses on communication strategies for social change, health communication, and positive deviance approaches.
