Arthur R. Miller is the University Professor and Warren E. Burger Professor of Constitutional Law and the Courts at NYU School of Law. He previously taught at Harvard Law School for 36 years and earned his LL.B. there. His research focuses on civil procedure, copyright law, privacy, and complex litigation.
