Arron Fraser

Dr. Arron Fraser is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting & Finance at Mount Saint Vincent University (MSVU). He joined the institution on July 1, 2021, and teaches courses such as Introductory Accounting, Finance I, and Finance II, alongside specialized topics like Cost Accounting and Entrepreneurship Opportunity Recognition.

His research focuses on prosocial behaviors in business management, business models in emerging economies, and the transformative effects of technology on accounting and finance. Prior to MSVU, he held executive roles including CEO of Power Producers & Distributors and Country Manager at Wartsila Operations Guyana Inc.

Dr. Fraser holds a Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester, and professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (FCCA, CPA Ontario) and PROSCI Certified Change Manager. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Guyana.
