Armando Hashimoto is a Lecturer in the School of Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and also teaches at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He co-founded El Cielo, a multidisciplinary architecture and urbanism office, alongside Surella Segú, focusing on research, design, and consulting for housing, urban development, and community projects.
