Ariel Caputo-Dep

Ariel Caputo-Dep is a Temporary Assistant Professor at the University of Verona, affiliated with the Department of Engineering for Innovation Medicine within the School of Engineering. His research focuses on Image Processing and Computer Vision, including medical image analysis, 3D segmentation, and optical flow processing, as well as Intelligent Systems and Analytics, encompassing data-driven methodologies for engineering applications.

He is actively involved in academic governance, serving as a member of the Information Engineering Teaching Committee and the Department Council for Innovation Medicine Engineering. In teaching, he has instructed courses such as Extended Reality and Advanced Interaction (Master's level), HCI – Intelligent Interfaces, and Basic Information Technology (Bachelor's level) across multiple academic years (2020–2025).
