Arief Lalmohamed

Dr. Arief Lalmohamed is an Associate Professor of Pharmacoepidemiology at Utrecht University's School of Pharmacy, where he also heads the Clinical Drug Trials department at UMC Utrecht. He obtained his MSc Pharmacy (2010) and PhD (2014) from Utrecht University, both cum laude. His research bridges clinical pharmacoepidemiology, drug safety, and drug repurposing, with applications in oncology, immunology, and critical care therapeutics.

Research focuses include:
