Archie L. Bates III

Colonel Archie L. Bates III is an Academy Professor and Acting Department Head of the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He earned a B.S. in Management from West Point (1996), an M.S. in National Security Strategy from the National War College, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from the University of Maryland – College Park.
