April Sapoznik

April Sapoznik is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the School of Health Sciences, American International College (AIC). She is an AIC alumnus, having earned her BSN (2016) and MSN in Nursing Education (2020) from the same institution. Her career spans clinical roles as a psychiatric charge nurse and professional nursing tutor, alongside adjunct teaching and clinical instruction. She is passionate about nursing education and student advocacy.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, AIC, 2016 (Magna Cum Laude)

Research & Teaching Focus: Nursing pedagogy, psychiatric nursing practice, and clinical leadership. She teaches courses including Introduction to Professional Nursing and oversees psychiatric nursing clinicals.
