Anupam Nanda is a Professor of Urban Economics & Real Estate (Full Professor/Chair) at the University of Manchester, UK, and serves as Co-Deputy Director of the Manchester Urban Institute. He previously held roles at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, and worked in non-academic positions at Deloitte and the National Association of Home Builders (US). His research focuses on property markets, regional and urban studies, household sentiment, cross-border investment, ESG in urban markets, and infrastructure impacts.
Education: PhD in Economics (University of Connecticut, 2006), MSc in Economics (University of Calcutta), BSc (Hons) in Economics (St. Xavier's College, Kolkata).
