Antti Rajala is a Professor of Sociocultural Psychology and Education at the University of Neuchâtel's Faculty of Arts and Humanities. He holds a PhD from the University of Helsinki (2016) and has held research positions at the Universities of Oulu and Eastern Finland. His work focuses on critical pedagogy, global education, sustainability, and agency development. Rajala leads the 'Utopias and Sustainability Education' research group, collaborating with schools and NGOs to foster community-based learning for sustainable futures. He has received the World Cultural Council Special Recognition Award for sustainability education contributions.
