Professor Antonis Manitakis is a distinguished legal scholar serving as Professor and President of the Scientific Committee at the School of Law, University of Cyprus. He holds a Doctorate in Law from the Free University of Brussels and has served as Dean of the Law School at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki for 37 years. His academic career includes visiting professorships at French universities (Montpellier, Paris 7, Nantes) and Princeton University. He has authored over 150 publications in Greek, French, and English, focusing on constitutional law, European integration, and political theory.
Education: B.A. from Aristotle University (1967), M.A. and Ph.D. in Public Law from Brussels (1973). He maintained full scholarships throughout his studies.
