Antonio Montefusco is an Associate Professor of Medieval and Humanistic Latin Literature at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, affiliated with the Department of Humanities. His research focuses on Franciscan movements, medieval intellectual history, and digital humanities. He leads the ERC-funded Bilingualism in Florentine and Tuscan Works project.
Education: PhD in Romance Philology (2008), Master's in Social Sciences (2011), and degrees in Diplomatics and Medieval Latin Literature.
