About
Antonio Coppola is a Ph.D. student at the Professorship of Business Analytics & Intelligent Systems at the Technische Universität München (TUM), Germany. His research focuses on developing generic algorithmic frameworks for online management of robotaxi fleets and autonomous mobility-on-demand systems, with a particular emphasis on network optimization and staggered routing methodologies.
He has presented his work at major conferences including OR 2024 (Munich), TSL Conference 2023 (USA), and EURO 2022 (Finland). His publications include both conference contributions and peer-reviewed articles on topics such as staggered routing, balanced routing, and controllability of network dynamical systems. Antonio holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Federico II University of Naples, Italy, and previously received a research scholarship at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Naples. His work intersects operations research, intelligent transportation systems, and machine learning, aiming to optimize real-time mobility solutions through advanced algorithmic design.
