Professor Anthony Zwi is a globally recognized academic in Global Health and Development at the School of Social Sciences, UNSW. With a medical degree and PhD from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and an MSc in epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, his career spans academic leadership, policy analysis, and humanitarian work. He previously led the School of Public Health and Community Medicine at UNSW and transitioned to deepen his focus on development policy, gender-based violence, and human rights.
