Anthony Mack

Anthony Mack is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at Charleston Southern University, where he has taught since January 2019. He previously served as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Southeastern University (Florida) for five years and as an adjunct professor in Exercise Science at Florida Southern University and Polk State College. His expertise spans exercise physiology, strength training, and sports coaching.

• Education: MS in Exercise Science & Health Promotion (Florida Atlantic University)
• BS in Physical Education w/ Exercise Science (Palm Beach Atlantic University)

Research interests include optimizing athletic performance, health promotion strategies, and biomechanics in strength training. Mack integrates faith-based mentorship into his academic work, focusing on student leadership and spiritual growth alongside physical education.
