Anthony Alfieri

Prof. Anthony V. Alfieri is Professor of Law and Michael Klein Distinguished Scholar Chair at the University of Miami School of Law, where he founded and directs the Center for Ethics and Public Service. His scholarship examines race, ethics, and civil rights lawyering.

He holds secondary appointments at the University of Miami School of Medicine. His influential works analyze racial trauma in civil rights representation, ethics in racial violence cases, and diversity in the legal profession.

He teaches courses in legal ethics, civil rights theory, and professional responsibility while leading community engagement initiatives through the Center's Legal Profession Program.
