Anthea Adams

Anthea Adams is a Lecturer at Rhodes University, specializing in Academic Staff Development. She coordinates the Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education for Academic Development Practitioners and focuses on fostering student learning through digital storytelling and multilingualism. Her work emphasizes professional academic identity development, particularly for black students in South African higher education.
