Ansel Augustine

Ansel Augustine is an Adjunct Professor at the Loyola Institute for Ministry, Loyola University New Orleans. He holds a D.Min from the Graduate Theological Foundation and an M.P.S. from Loyola University. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director of African American Affairs for the USCCB Secretariat of Cultural Diversity in the Church, with prior roles as Director of the Office of Black Catholic Ministries for the Archdiocese of New Orleans and Associate Director of Black Youth & Young Adult Ministry. His work spans over two decades in Catholic youth ministry, campus ministry, and rebuilding post-Katrina communities.
